  • Sollube building in Azca – Madrid:
    Merlin Properties Socimi has entrusted SANJOSE Constructora with the general renovation and restructuring work of this important office building, with a built area of ​​approximately 40,000 m2, in the heart of Madrid’s business center, more precisely at 7, Plaza Carlos Trías Bertrán.
